Ex126BSS Range | 12,000 Volts | 400 Amp | Flameproof Couplers

Designed for use in the South African market, the Ex126BSS is rated for 400 amps with an operating voltage of 12,000 volts.

Flameproof certified (SANS 1489), the stainless steel Ex126BSS has an excellent track record in African underground coal mines. Suitable for use in underground mining, tunnelling and commercial applications, including Group 1 hazardous environments, the Ex126BSS can also be used in opencast and metalliferous sites if a higher level of durability is required. Featuring a rugged and compact design, the Ex1126BSS has been developed and tested to SANS 1489 Part 1 and 4 and to SANS 60079 Part 0 and 1, with lightning impulse tests conducted on the Ex1126BSS achieving a 95kV result.
